The annual membership fee for regular members and supporter members is an automatically renewing contract via Stripe every year.
You can stop automatic renewal by notifying us of your intention to cancel your membership at least 10 days before your next payment due date.
We will send a notification to your registered email address before the update.

• Membership Services: After payment is completed, we will send you instructions on how to register as a member and start using the service within 3 business days.

• Programs and seminars: Dates and start dates will vary. Please check the respective information pages for details.

■ Cancellation and Refund Policy
