Chairman Wang Chung-hsu is an innovative entrepreneur active in education, information technology, and finance in Taiwan.
He holds a master's degree in food science from National Taiwan University and a doctorate in business administration from National Chung Cheng University, and completed an advanced law program at Peking University. He leads the listed company K WAY Information (stock code: 5201).

He has also donated funds to the private Hsing Hua High School to support the development of education.
In addition, he founded "Li Yu Education," an education brand combining AI and cloud technology; "Xu Wen Japanese Language Institute," specializing in Japanese-language education; and "Focus Learning," which is expanding in Vietnam.
