After majoring in mechanical engineering at university, she spent about nine years in manufacturing, working on operational improvement, quality control, and launching new projects.
She then worked as a financial planner and in sales at her family's insurance agency, while driving operational efficiency and systematization through the introduction of IT.

Today, as a partner who helps sole proprietors and small and medium-sized businesses realize their "aspirations" and "visions" on the ground, she supports the launch of new businesses and operational improvement.
