Born in Nagasaki Prefecture. Graduated from the Department of Mechanical Systems Engineering, Faculty of Computer Science and Systems Engineering, Kyushu Institute of Technology.
Completed an MBA at Bond University, Australia.

After working in R&D and overseas marketing at Yokogawa Electric Corporation, he founded BizNavi & Company, providing consulting that clears up the uncertainties of management.

In consulting, he provides strategy development, problem solving, and execution support to owner-presidents and executives of companies with revenues from several hundred million yen to around 10 billion yen. In training, he delivers workshops on management, strategy, and problem solving for managers at listed companies.
In M&A, he provides advisory services specializing in small-scale M&A.

He also serves as a director of the Japan M&A Advisor Association and as Representative Director and Partner of Bizign Inc.
