Drawing on corporate legal experience at law firms in both Taiwan and Japan, she has provided a wide range of advisory services in the Japan–Taiwan cross-border field, including negotiating the establishment of joint ventures, legal support for M&A, and resolving labor issues.

She later went independent as a corporate adviser and, for more than 10 years, has supported many projects for Japanese companies entering Taiwan and Taiwanese companies entering Japan. Strong in practical support that takes differences in organizational culture into account, in addition to legal and labor matters, she is highly regarded as a practical hub for business collaboration between Japan and Taiwan.

In recognition of this experience, in September 2024, at the official request of Taiwan's National Development Council (NDC), she led the launch of "Tokyo Hub," the first overseas base of the Startup Island Taiwan brand. As a central figure supporting startups in both Japan and Taiwan, she provides multifaceted support including business development, partnership matching, and investment collaboration.
