In 2010, after working in the private sector, he entered the Graduate School of Business Administration at Kobe University, researching global leadership and the generation of business ideas.
In 2015, he joined Recruit Works Institute, conducting research mainly on recruitment and the realities of corporate HR.
From 2017, he served as a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics, Oita University.
In 2022, he founded ATDI LLC and serves as its representative alongside his teaching.
In 2023, he began teaching "Organizational Behavior" and "Leadership" at Kyushu University Business School.
In 2024, he became the partner in charge of the KAIL project of the Hekijukan program.
