Having worked with multinational teams in Japan and abroad for about 15 years, she has come to see cross-cultural adaptability as a skill every member of an organization needs, and she supports individuals and organizations in delivering results in global environments.

Through workshops and individual consultations, she designs and delivers practical programs that offer concrete methods and ways of engaging that deepen cross-cultural understanding and help people draw out each other's strengths, as well as programs on understanding DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) and B (belonging) and connecting them to everyday behavior.
